Gestures in the Presidential Debate

For any of you that watched the debates I thought this was really interesting.  They analyzed the gestures of both presidents and the subconscious strength that those gestures may have on an audience.

Jason Keane Sketch

I managed to grab this original sketch from my buddy Jason Keane depicting me and my friends.  Yes, he is related to Glen Keane and definitely inherited his drawing talents.  Here is his blog...http://ablogbyjasonkeane.blogspot.com/

2012 Demo Reel

Pizani Demo Reel with Creature Animation from Dixie Pizani on Vimeo.

Homemade Stamps and Cards

I've recently gotten really interested in making stamps and cards and packaging materials.  I started off carving stamps out of soft cutting blocks and making personalized packaging and gift items using these stamps.  I also really love making home made cards.  No more buying stuff from the store.  I even started making my own wrapping paper.

Life of Pi

Since this blog had pretty much died I finally decided to start posting again.

I recently finished up working on Life of Pi.  This was an awesome and challenging project to work on.  I never animated such hyper realistic animals before and I definitely learned a lot about physics and mechanics of quadrupeds.  I am so proud to have worked on the film and cant wait to add my shots to my demo reel. I even got to design the crew t-shirt! Here is the trailer for it!
